The staff was brilliant & everything was very good. The building itself was gorgeous with a lovely garden. Being close to Bistro Atout was nice, we had dinner there.

Comfortable experience, everything was nice. Had a perfect and well heated room and I couldn't ask for more. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a baby. The venue was in a central location close to the Kodaiji temple, a quiet area.

Common room at excellent prices. Meal in the morning was complementary, pleasant views and phenomenal location. Walking distance to the nice beach. And it was walk from subway station. Personnel was quick to help, condescending people. Quick check-in, late check-out.

Had a very lovely time. The continental breakfast was perfect: eggs, butter and muffins. I loved the japanese-style room. Pool was nice and there was a lovely restaurant on site. A lovely beach, beautiful view...

modern design and location in the super area. the room was extremely pleasant, the bed was really big. absolutely helpful staff, were more than helpful with advice about anything. the pool bar was lively and the drinks were non-alcoholic.

Regular hotel, staff always HELPFUL. Higashiyama metro station is walking distance to the place, some 10 minutes on foot. Very comfy bed, ideal room with a glorious view. Spotless place and welcoming service.
